Abstract

TfW Rail Limited (TfWRL) is a not for profit company, a wholly owned subsidiary of of Transport for Wales (owned by the Welsh Government). TfW Rail Limited exists to drive forward the Welsh Government's vision of a high quality, safe, integrated, affordable and accessible transport network that the people of Wales are proud of. This speculative notice relates to the delivery of Sustainable Station Works, which includes; - Rainwater Harvesting - LED Lighting - Solar Power The above mentioned works are required in station locations in both the North and South of Wales Please also note the following; LED lighting units will likely be free issued by TfWRL for installation by a supplier. Solar power will include both panels (including flexible and standard panels) and roof tiles due to the sensitivity of some stations being listed buildings. This speculative notice is seeking to understand the supply chain's capability to supply / supply and install these products within the rail sector, the geographical capability of the supply chain and the diversity of the supply chain.
