Whilst the car club promotion agreement does not allow for extension of the contract beyond 7 February 2021, it has been agreed between all parties that the car club promotion agreement shall varied to allow a further extension and be extended for up to a maximum of 12 months in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to enable a new procurement.

VII.2) Information about modifications
VII.2.1) Description of the modifications
The Parties agree to vary the car club promotion agreement to include a further extension period of up to 12 months and extend the car club promotion agreement from the 8 February 2021 (subject to expiry or early termination) up to and including the 7 February 2022 (‘Extended Term’).

Description of the economic or technical reasons and the inconvenience or duplication of cost preventing a change of contractor:
Whilst the car club promotion agreement does not allow for extension of the contract beyond 7 February 2021, it has been agreed between all parties that the car club promotion agreement shall varied to allow a further extension and be extended for up to a maximum of 12 months in accordance with Regulation 72(1)(c) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 to enable a new procurement for the services to take place.
