Provision of External Audit Services

Description of the goods or services required

Linc is seeking a suitably qualified, accredited and experienced organisation to deliver comprehensive external audit services and independent assurance of Linc-Cymru Housing Association Group (‘Linc Group’) and its ongoing operations.

The contract shall also include the option for Linc to purchase related complimentary services offered by the successful organisation subject to them having demonstrable expertise.

Total quantity or scope of tender

In accordance with the provisions of Linc’ Standing Orders, the appointment of External Auditors is subject to approval by Linc’s Annual General Meeting.

Subject to relevant annual approval by the Annual General Meeting the initial term contract term shall be three (3) years with the option to extend by up to two (2) further periods of up to twelve (2) months each.
