Chorley Council is inviting tenders for the provision of multi-site security and concierge services.
The Contract is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2022 and shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years.
Interested bidders should register their interest via the Chest at www.the-chest.org.uk, following which they will be able to access the full specification and invitation to tender documentation. Completed tender documents must be submitted and received via the Chest by no later 12.00 noon on Monday 13th June 2022.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
Chorley Council is inviting tenders for multi-site security and concierge services using an Open procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
This contract replaces two existing contracts for the provision of these services at Primrose Gardens Extra Care Facility, Cotswold Supported Housing Temporary Accommodation Hostel and Market Walk Shopping Centre and also brings into service an additional requirement for our new Tatton Gardens extra care facility which is currently scheduled to open October 2022.
The Contract is scheduled to commence on 1 October 2022 and shall be for a period of 3 years, with the option to extend up to a further 2 years. The estimated total value included at II1.5 is for the full potential contract period of 5 years, inclusive of the extension option.

Precise information on deadline(s) for review procedures:
Chorley Borough Council will incorporate a standstill period at the point information on the award of the contract is communicated to tenderers. That notification will provide full information on the award decision. The standstill period, which will be for a minimum of 10 calendar days, provides time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the award decision before the contract is entered into.
The Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (SI 2015 Nº 102) provide for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England, Wales and Northern Ireland) within 30 days of knowledge or constructive knowledge of breach.
