Title
Supply and installation of Doors and Windows within new milk processing factory

Description of the goods or services required
The Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd. plant is a purpose-built 3000m2 dairy processing site, to be commissioned 1st quarter 2023, and fully operational by first quarter of 2023 on a green field site at Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire.
It aims to process approx. 1,000,000 litres of liquid milk per week with options to increase milk bottling capacity and processing of cream products in the future.
The doors and windows supply is part of a major project to construct a new building for milk processing plant at the Haverfordwest site. The installation of the loading docks will be delivered in conjunction with other major civil works on site but splits into distinct phases with work being carried out by other suppliers engaged by the Purchaser and at the same time that the exterior cladding is being installed.
Doors and windows must be supplied and installed to meet current food safety standards and regulations.
The works will be carried out as part of a Notified CDM project.

Total quantity or scope of tender
Doors and Window requirements.
The requirements of this tender are to design, supply and install on site the internal and external doors and windows as per the Powell Dobson schedules, 18043-PDA-DAIR-XX-SC-A-(30)500 AND 501, external and internal doors schedules and 1205-PDA-DAIR-XX-GA-A-(31)200, proposed window schedule.
The scope for the doors and windows is to commence at the doors between the changing rooms and the new link to the bottle store, including door No’s DG40-01, DB11-02 andDG11-03. All door and windows in the office side of this threshold are to be included within the office fit out schedule.
The loading dock enquiry has been sent out as a separate enquiry, the roller doors to these openings are not to be included as part of this tender.
It would be beneficial for the client that the cost be supplied as per the door schedule, where a cost is provided for each door with specification provided.
Doors will need to be to foodgrade/dairy standards, any information needed to comply with this please contact the client or architects.

Minimum standards and qualification required
All interested parties are invited to request the full tender pack to fully understand the scope of the proposed contract.
In submitting the Tender the proposed Supplier warrants and represents and undertakes to Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd. that:-
• All information, representations and other matters of fact communicated (whether in writing or otherwise) to Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd. by the proposed supplier or its employees, agents or advisers in connection with or arising out of the tender are true, complete and accurate in all respects.
• It has made its own investigations and research and has satisfied itself in respect of all matters relating to the tender specification.
• It has full power and authority to enter the contract and provide the services and will if requested produce evidence of such to the purchaser.
• It is of sound financial standing, and the proposed supplier and its partners, directors and employees are not aware of any circumstances (other than such circumstances as may be disclosed in the audited accounts or other financial statements of the proposed supplier submitted to Pembrokeshire Creamery Ltd.) which may adversely affect such financial standing in the future.
