II.2.14) Additional information
Phase 2 is to provide new Pier (approx 210m) attached to the terminal 2. The Pier will be a three-storey high, 10 new departure gates and 6 nodes connected to the pier with fixed link bridges. Level 0 is mainly plant and GSC space, level 10 Arrivals and Level 20 departures. The Pier will be constructed over a 20-month period from Q2, 2023 to Q4, 2024.

Kindly note that this notice is solely for the market consultation purposes only and not a call for competition. An expression of interest in this exercise will not automatically entitle involvement in any future Procurement exercise.
The subsequent Procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to any Invitation to Tender/Negotiate (ITT/ITN) when published.
The CPV codes used in this notice and the full range of services covered may change prior to commencement of the proposed ITT/ITN.

This preliminary market consultation is to engage with interested parties/contractors, it is not a call to compete.
Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by organisations in relation to this consultation exercise will not be reimbursed by MAG.
There will be separate consultations undertaken during this process which will allow MAG to gain further feedback in relation to the proposed Procurement Strategy.
All responses to this market consultation will be carefully considered but will not bind the MAG P2P2 Project to any approach to the Procurement of contractors for the delivery of works.
There are no ‘tender’ documents to download or submit at this stage. A contract notice will be issued to signal commencement of the formal Procurement process. It is anticipated that this will be issued Q4, 2022.
