Norwich City Council provides a range of statutory and non-statutory services to the city of Norwich including waste and recycling, planning, housing and events.The Corporate Plan and the 2040 Norwich City Vision set out the council’s priorities and objectives.For more information about the city council and its services visit www.norwich.gov.ukNorwich City Council requires a security services provider to cover an on-site presence and patrols for various locations in Norwich. This is required to ensure that the multi-storey car parks remain open and secure and select locations in Norwich are monitored for anti-social behaviour, trespassing and potential damage.The objectives of the procurement are:To secure value for money services and support the council priorities of; People living well and great neighbourhoods, housing and environment.
