The University is seeking to enter into a Multi-Contractor Framework Agreement (Agreement) for the provision of remedial works to existing fire doors.
The University anticipates spending between £1m and £2m per year on these works.
The agreement will initially run for a 2 year period, commencing on 1 October 2023 and ending on 30 September 2025 with two optional annual extension periods until 30 September 2027. The Contract will run into the optional years following satisfactory negotiation between the University and the successful tenderer(s).
