Description of the goods or services required
The University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide CCTV and intruder Alarm maintenance, call out and monitoring services.
The contract will run for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further two 12-month periods.

Total quantity or scope of tender
The University of South Wales is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide CCTV and intruder Alarm maintenance, call out and monitoring services.
The contract will run for an initial period of 3 years, with an option to extend for a further two 12-month periods.
The University of South Wales has over 370 CCTV cameras and multiple intruder alarm systems linked to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC), installed across 6 campuses. The University is now seeking a contractor to provide planned and reactive maintenance, 24/7 call out services as well as ARC services.
The contract will be divided into the following Lots:
Lot 1 - The provision of CCTV planned maintenance and breakdown reparation including 24/7 call out response.
Lot 2 - The provision of Intruder Alarm planned maintenance and breakdown repairs including 24/7 call out response and alarm monitoring linked to an Alarm Receiving Centre (ARC).
Lot 3 – Lot 1 and Lot 2 combined.

3 Conditions for Participation

Minimum standards and qualification required
Proven track record of supplying the services detailed within the ITT.
Fulfil the requirements of the services in full.
Provide the information as requested in the quality criteria. Robust and full answers must be provided.
Hold the relevant levels of insurance as stipulated and provide evidence of.
Undertake site visits.
Fully price the tender as stipulated within the Pricing Schedule.
Agreement to USW terms and conditions of tender.

Additional Information
Your tender submission must be uploaded to the Sell2Wales portal Postbox.
Your submission must be received by the closing time and date of midday, Friday 9th June 2023.
You should allow adequate time for the loading of your documents so as to ensure receipt as the postbox will electronically close at the deadline time and no further submissions will be accepted.
