UWE are looking to procure a Hard FM (Main Term Contractor) provider for its Frenchay, Glenside and City Centre campuses. The scope of the contract will include repair and maintenance of building fabric, mechanical and electrical assets in the University's residential and non-residential properties. Planned, preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance services will be required. Low value optional project and minor works are also within scope.

This PIN forms part of the Market Engagement activities between prospective Suppliers and UWE Bristol (the University) regarding the procurement of a Contractor to provide Hard FM Services. Interested parties are asked to complete a Market Engagement Questionnaire. Responses to these questions will help define and shape the size, scope and scale of the forthcoming procurement opportunity. It is hoped that this market consultation may bring to light opportunities for the business and new ways of working. We are keen not to inadvertently constrain potentially viable arrangements nor preclude potentially viable suppliers.
