Description of the goods or services required

Wrexham County Borough Council (WCBC) wish to appoint a suitably qualified Technical Project Manager (TPM) to manage the refurbishment of the Grade II Listed Wrexham County Borough Museum & Archives building (County Buildings, Regent Street, Wrexham) as part of the Museum of Two Halves (MoTH) project. This project will create a new joint Football Museum for Wales (Amgueddfa Bêl-droed Cymru) and Wrexham Museum (Amgueddfa Wrecsam). The work will involve taking the project from RIBA Stage 4 through to RIBA Stage 7.

Total quantity or scope of tender

The budget is to be determined; however, the budget will be within the range of £85,000 to £105,000 (plus VAT). Wrexham County Borough Council will not accept tender submissions with prices above £105,000 (plus VAT). Such tenders will not be evaluated.
