The London Borough of Havering (the Council) is commissioning a Young Carers Support Service for up to 6 years (3 years contract with possible 2 year plus 1 year extension) with a commencement date of 1st December 2023.
The procurement is subject to the light-touch regime under Section 7 Social and Other Specific Services. Under Regulation 76 the Council is free to establish a procedure, provided that procedure is sufficient to ensure compliance with the principles of transparency and equal treatment of economic operators (Suppliers).
