The Council wishes to invite interested parties ("Tenderers") to participate in a tender exercise to establish a single Contract for the Provision of Asset and Insurance Valuation Services. The suitably qualified and experienced provider of Asset and Insurance Valuation Services will be required to provide the services described below and in the Tender Specification. These services will be carried out on behalf of both Sandwell MBC and the West Midlands Fire Service. Sandwell Council is a Metropolitan Borough Council situated in the West Midlands and lies approximately six miles west of Birmingham. The Borough comprises the areas of Oldbury, Rowley Regis, Smethwick, Tipton, Wednesbury and West Bromwich.
