Abstract

The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to construct the following new housing units at Ysgol Niwbwrch, Niwbwrch: • 4 x 2 person/1 bed flats • 8 x 4 person/2 bed houses • 1 x 5 person/3 bed house • 1 x 6 person/4 bed house The work is to include site clearance, construct new housing, diversion of existing HV electricity cable, alterations to existing entrance and associated landscaping works all as detailed in the tender documents. Tender documents may be accessed via the 'documents' tab on sell2wales Questions and requests for clarification must be done via the sell2wales Q&A function. Tenders must be submitted via the sell2wales postbox facility by 12:00pm on the 26/06/2023 Suppliers are advised to allow adequate time for uploading documents and to dispatch the electronic response well in advance of the closing time to avoid any last minute problems.

Description of the goods or services required

The Isle of Anglesey County Council (IoACC) is seeking to appoint a Contractor to construct the following new housing units at Ysgol Niwbwrch, Niwbwrch:

• 4 x 2 person/1 bed flats

• 8 x 4 person/2 bed houses

• 1 x 5 person/3 bed house

• 1 x 6 person/4 bed house

The work is to include site clearance, construct new housing, diversion of existing HV electricity cable, alterations to existing entrance and associated landscaping works all as detailed in the tender documents.
