II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Authority wishes to appoint a suitably experienced and qualified service provider to provide services for the management, operation, cleaning and maintenance of Sevenoaks Leisure Centre, Edenbridge Leisure Centre and Lullingstone Park Golf Course.
Full details of the Service Performance Requirements for each of the service areas is set out in the Services Specification.
The successful service provider will enter into a services contract substantially based upon the Sports England Leisure Operating Contract template for an initial period of five (5) years with an option at the Authority’s sole discretion to extend for a further period of two (2) years, giving a total possible term of seven (7) years.
