The scope of this Framework Agreement is the provision of short-term flow surveys and includes the provision of weekly data, weekly interim reports and a final report for each job. The contract conditions and specification are based on the Model Contract Document for Short Term Sewer Flow Surveys – Second Edition - December 1993 as amended and includes additions and modifications made by the Company, and the Guide to Short Term Flow Surveys of Sewer Systems – First Edition – 1987.

Wessex Water Services Limited commenced standstill period at the point information on the award was communicated to tenderers. The notification provided full information on the award decision. The standstill period of a minimum of 10 calendar days, provided time for unsuccessful tenderers to challenge the decision before the contract is entered into.
The Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016 (SI 2016 No 274) provides for aggrieved parties who have been harmed or are at risk of harm by a breach of the rules to take action in the High Court (England) within 30 days of knowledge or constructive knowledge of a breach.
