  Have you had previous experience of working as a QI Strategic Partner with an NHS organisation?<br/><br/>The Pass/ Fail question will not contribute to the overall score. <br/>The Bidder's responses to that question will then be used to determine whether the Bidder has passed or failed on this question.<br/>A "Pass" will be answering ‘Yes’.<br/>A "Fail" will be answering ‘No’. <br/>A fail on the Pass/Fail question will result in immediate disqualification from the tender process.
