The services that may be required are as follows:
• Taxi with a Passenger assistant to take a young person to their educational setting
• Minibus with a Passenger assistant to take multiple children to their educational setting
• Accessible vehicle with a Passenger assistant to take multiple children to their educational setting
• Taxi to take a young person and their parent to an educational setting
• Taxi and Passenger assistance to take a young person to supervised contact
• Taxi to take an adult to Court
• Taxi to take a family to a visit which could be a wait and return
• Taxi to take a vulnerable adult to a day centre
• Secure Transportation of children possibly at risk
• Removals of household belongings

• PCO Licence for all taxi’s (this is issued by TFL)
• Staff driving any minibuses are required to hold a PSV licence: You need a public service vehicle (PSV) operator's licence to: operate a vehicle for hire or reward (payment or payment in kind) that can carry 9 or more passengers OR operate a smaller vehicle carrying passengers and charging separate fares for the journey.
• All taxi drivers are to hold a PCO licence.
