|
Description of the goods or services required
Braeval Street Studios, Rear of 11-13 Braeval Street (hereafter Braeval Street), in partnership with Arts Council Wales, wishes to commission a Arts Business Consultant with experience of community, art or cultural projects to undertake a feasibility study to consider the viability of progressing a community asset transfer in respect of Braeval Street. As part of the feasibility study, we wish to explore how the site could be used including potential options for use and services that could be delivered from the premises to support our community.
Pam is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation that provides artist and community development, and support for community-led projects. It is supported through Arts Council Wales, UK trusts and foundations, and a small amount of generated income. It works directly with local communities to assist in the development and implementation of projects that benefit the local area.
The project has received funding from the Capital Development scheme, through Arts Council Wales. Capital Development is a fund for arts organisations in Wales to develop opportunities and sustainability in the arts, through the purchase of buildings and equipment.
