The Council are looking to reach out to the market to gather responses to the attached Market Research Questionnaire regarding an upcoming tender opportunity for Maintenance and Refurbishment of Tenanted Properties.
That will include the replacement of kitchens and bathrooms as well as electrical rewiring works. The works will be required to approximately 3,175 properties in total across Renfrewshire.
This Prior Information Notice is to help inform a future procurement exercise. We are looking for the following:
Realistic Timescales from Contractors, advise on issues/potential issues with supply chain.
