The NHS Suffolk and North East Essex Integrated Care Board are issuing this tender in connection with the competitive procurement of support services for Children and Young People (CYP) who have been accepted for an Autism and/or ADHD assessment and post diagnostic support for those given a diagnosis of Autism and/or ADHD.
The Commissioners are looking to establish contract(s) for a period of three (3) years plus the option to extend for a further two (2) years.
Bidders are invited to bid up to £150,000 per lot per annum.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
To deliver targeted, outcome focused, needs led support services for CYP who have been accepted for an Autism and/or ADHD assessment. The support should be offered during the wait for the assessment and if a diagnosis is given the support should continue post-diagnosis.
There is a maximum annual budget of £650,000 for this lot and providers can bid for a maximum of £150,000 per annum.
This notice is to inform providers of the release of documentation to initiate a competitive process to secure a Provider(s) to deliver this service.
This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) Contract Notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award.

To this end, the Bidder should be aware that after the award of contract, there is a possibility that the successful Bidder may be offered a variation to the contract in accordance with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
