You are invited by Pullman Rail Limited (PRL) to tender for the provision of goods/services detailed in the attached brief documentation for the next 3 years. Delivery of goods/services will be required for delivery to Pullman Rail, Train Maintenance Depot, Train Maintenance Depot, Leckwith Road, Cardiff, Wales, CF11 8HP, United Kingdom.

Tenderers are invited to bid for [all or any of] the following Lots:

• Lot 1 – MRO Top 50 Parts

• Lot 2 – Vending Machines

• Lot 3 – Kanfax

• Lot 4 – Tooling

3 Conditions for Participation

3.1

Minimum standards and qualification required

On each commercial submission Pullman Rail have highlighted what we consider to be safety critical parts. Where available, data sheets and / or further information has been provided.

If tenderers are pricing for safety critical parts, it is mandatory to demonstrate RISQS (Railway Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme) approval (for appropriate codes) and/ or rail specific accreditation. Suppliers may also need to provide further evidence, such as Type Approval, Conformance Declarations, or Safety Justifications, and be able to demonstrate traceability and test reports.
