Explanation
Direct Award Process C was used for this contract due to the patient being an inpatient at the unit.
Patient continues to meet the specification of Low Secure Tier 4. Clinically this is the most appropriate placement for the child at the present time. It is in the best interests of the child and their recovery that they remain at their current placement.
