To carry out the demolition of the former Library and adjoining Police Offices at Plas yn Dre, Station Road, Llanrwst.

Works to include the demolition of the buildings and site clearance and making up of ground levels.

3.1 Minimum standards and qualification required

Tenderers must be fully qualified and certificated and the Contractor must demonstrate themselves to be a fully accredited member of the

National Federation of Demolition Contractors (NFDC) and that any operatives on site are appropriately experienced for the type of work and hold (or are in training for) relevant CITB Certificates of Competence, CSCS registration and membership to the

NFDC.
