Toilets Refurbishment to be carried out and completed over the School summer holidays.

Stripping out and disposal of existing toilets, sinks, cubicles, flooring and light fittings etc. and replacement with new.

Installation of suspended ceilings with appropriate panelling and LED light fittings.

Installation of new flooring.

Installation of ventilation system.

PIR lighting controls.

Construction of partition (cleaners cupboard) with shelving.

General decoration.

The contractor must be competent and possess all relevant certification, licences, qualifications or any other documents as necessary and should provide evidence of such. The contractor must be experienced in similar works and may be required to provide relevant references.

The Contractors attention should be drawn to the lead times of the specified cubicles, toilets etc. Every effort should be made to ensure that materials are ordered expeditiously.

All works must be completed to a high standard by the end of the school summer holidays and both of the toilets must be functional.
