General Practice Provision of NHS Health Checks, Smoking Cessation Support and Long Acting Reversible Contraception (LARC). Practices will choose which services they wish to deliver.

The total estimated spend with the GP practices over the contract term is £2,000,000 (this includes the potential extension).
The contracts run from 1st April 2025 - 31st March 2029. There is a potential additional 2 year extension beyond this initial term.
This service was previously commissioned as part of the Council and ICB's Community Services Prime Provider contract. The Council are commissioning these services directly as a new service and all GPs are new providers (whilst they are likely to have delivered the services under the previous commissioning arrangements).
