The Vale of Glamorgan Council, on behalf of the Barry Partnership, requires the services of a PR and Communications consultancy to prepare and deliver a Communications Strategy for the Plan for Neighbourhoods project in Barry

Total quantity or scope of tender

• to launch the re-branded Plan for Neighbourhoods programme in Barry, to inform and excite the public about the funding opportunities;

• to introduce the Partnership, who they are, what they will be doing;

• to encourage participation, at any level, in the programme and provide clear and motivational communication about how to get involved;

• to address any misinformation ensuring people understand what the programme is about, what it can and cannot do, and how it is being funded, and

• to provide the Partnership with a Communications strategy and support its delivery for the first 5 months.

The value of the contract is up to £25,000 (+VAT) and there is additional budget available for specific engagement activity.
