Explanation
Use of the Commercial services Group/ Kent County Council Y23065 Software Products and Associated Services framework via direct award for the existing system currently used by NFRS. Switching costs would be significant in time/ cost and resource. Contracting via direct award for a three year contract allows NFRS to source, review and evaluate the market in planned fashion to consider future contract and procurement options.
