******THIS IS AN INTENTION TO AWARD NOTIFICATION******<br/><br/>NHS England - Midlands intends to award a NHS Standard Contract to Vaccination UK Limited for the provision of Community and School Aged Immunisation Service (CSAIS) in Birmingham and Solihull following a robust Competitive Process.<br/><br/>The contract will be for an initial five-year term from 1st September 2026 with the option to extend for a further two years under a NHS Standard Contract until 31st August 2033.<br/><br/>The contract value is estimated to total £12,574,016.10 (including extensions) and a cost uplift factors (CUF) will apply from year one.<br/><br/>This is an existing service and has been awarded to a new provider.

This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Procurement Act Regulations 2023 do not apply to this award. The standstill period begins on the day after the publication of this notice.<br/><br/>Representations by providers must be made to the relevant authority by Midnight at the end of 21st May 2026.
