Abstract

Social Care Wales has made significant investment in Microsoft 365; however, levels of confidence, adoption and effective use vary across teams and roles. Leaders currently lack consistent, organisation level insight into digital confidence, behaviours, usage patterns, accessibility considerations and barriers to adoption. Social Care Wales is seeking a software led, self service solution that enables the organisation to continuously understand, target and support digital confidence and capability, while retaining internal ownership of engagement, communications and change activity. Social Care Wales is seeking a software led, self service solution that enables the organisation to continuously understand, target and support digital confidence and capability, while retaining internal ownership of engagement, communications and change activity.
