Translink requires a suitably experienced subject matter expert to provide procurement and implementation support to the Rail Drivers Tablets project. This project will support communication with drivers and is aligned with Translink’s Climate Action business objective in stepping towards a paperless railway. As such, the devices will give drivers access to the Digital Competency Management System (DCMS), RailVISTA WebApp and Translink SPIRIT App, amongst other systems. Specific deliverables are outlined in the RfQ document available in the CfT Documents section of eTendersNI. This will be an initial 5 month commission with possible further extensions for up to 3 months. Anticipated Contract Start Date is mid- to late-February 2026. Your response must be submitted via the relevant Call for Tender (CfT) on the eTendersNI portal. Instructions on how to submit your response can be found within the Interactive Walkthrough on the eTendersNI Homepage. No other method of submission will be accepted.
