Translink requires a suitably experienced subject matter expert (SME) to provide procurement support to the Digital Competency Management System (DCMS) Project. The Service Provider will provide independent expert advice to the DCMS Project Team and lead relevant work to meet project objectives. This is anticipated to be an initial 3-month contract with possible further extensions for up to 3 months if required. Anticipated Contract Start Date is January 2026.
