“As the Dynamic Purchasing System establishment involves assessment of SPD compliance only, it is anticipated that supplier admission will be completed within approximately 10–15 calendar days of the submission deadline, subject to clarification requirements.”
Because this is DPS establishment in Scotland, with no price evaluation and assessment limited to SPD compliance, at DPS establishment stage we are:
assessing SPD compliance only (exclusion + selection)
admitting all compliant suppliers to the DPS
not ranking, scoring or weighting
not applying award criteria
As a consequence there is no standstill requirement and suppliers will be be admitted as soon as reasonably possible
If successful providers will be included in any NEW call offs if and when they are required
After this procurement exercise has closed, there will be further opportunities to join the DPS as per the tender document

The Contracting Authority does not intend to include any community benefit requirements in this contract for the following reason:
This is for a DPS with a number of providers many SME, Micro business and self employed the ability for these providers to be able to commit to community benefits is not possible
