The Council intend to award the contract via the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023 utilising Direct Award process C:

MASH is the only organisation in Greater Manchester which exists specifically to support women engaged in sex work. They support some of Greater Manchester's most marginalised women holistically through a range of harm reduction and longer-term intervention
