2.4 Total quantity or scope of tender

The contract will run from 1 July 2026 to 31 June 2027.

There is a budget of £25,000 (inclusive of any applicable VAT) agreed for this quote. Suppliers must provide a fixed price for delivery of the core service within this budget.

As this is a pilot service, Social Care Wales may wish to explore options for increased capacity. Suppliers must therefore also provide an hourly rate for supporting additional referrals above the baseline. Any additional capacity agreed during the contract period will be capped at a maximum value of £4,999 and will only be utilised subject to prior agreement with Social Care Wales.
