Bridgend County Borough Council are awarding a contract for the provision of Hybrid Mail following a further competition procedure in line with the CCS RM6280 Framework.
The Hybrid Mail provider will give the ability to send standard mail or deferred mail. This averages out at approximately 2,000 letters a day through the year, but end of year Council Tax and Housing Benefits mail is around 80,000 over a two week period in March.
