Total quantity or scopeLaboratory analysis is required on digital devices. The digital forensic requirement can therefore be categorised as follows;
— Data collection/acquisition – Acquiring a forensically sound image/copy of a physical device, selected data (logical) or volatile data.
— Data Processing – Digital prioritisation processes including data profiling and an assessment of its investigative value.
— Data analysis – Analysing and processing data.
— Data Interpretation – Subjective and complex investigation of theories regarding the presence or provenance of digital data including an assessment of the likelihood of findings.
CellSite Analysis
Cellsite analysis activities will include:
— Reformatting, presentation and explanation of network-provided Call Data Records.II. |

Additional Information
Bidders are advised that this contract notice Supersedes TED publication 2012/S244-401778. All bidders who were successful during that PQQ will be carried forward following additional checks. All providers previously submitted PQQ and were unsuccessful after evaluation should not apply unless significant change and authority should be sought from the Client. New bidders are required to complete and return the authorities PQQ. Documents and be down loaded from Bravo Solutions (ho.bravosolutions.co.uk) Digital Project 19082. Under the Clients (NCA) commitment to the collaborative agenda it is intended to structure any contract (s) resulting from this procurement to allow use by all UK Law Enforcement Agencies and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of re-organisation or organisational changes. Such use is not guaranteed. The Client will not reimburse any expenses incurred by Potential Providers in preparing their responses to the PQQ or their participation in any aspect of the competition unless specifically stated otherwise. The Client reserves the right to: cancel this procurement: not award a contract as a result of this procurement: amend or vary this procurement: or award a contract to more than one contractor as a result of this procurement.
