Short description of the contract or purchase(s)

Grounds maintenance services on amenity areas, sports-grounds and in connection with a cemetery, an ancient monument and other civic areas. The contract makes provision for the frequency of grass cuts to reduce or increase and to remove or add areas from the contract in the council's discretion. In the event of an increase or decrease in the number of cuts or any such additions/deletions of areas from the contract requirements the contract price may increase or decrease accordingly. The pricing mechanism for any such changes is outlined within the Contract documents.
