Refuse and waste related services. Non-hazardous refuse and waste treatment and disposal services. Refuse recycling services. ESPO has been engaged by Norse Commercial Services Ltd (a company wholly owned by Norfolk County Council) to run a competitive tender exercise to appoint a single service provider to receive, store, treat and recycle all street sweepings that are collected within Norfolk and transported to the providers facility. The service provider will maximise the amount of material that is recycled and subsequently minimise any residual waste to landfill.
