Abstract

Extracare Charitable Trust are seeking tender responses from suitably qualified companies to supply an I.T. Managed Service from 3.5.2016 to 30.4.2019. Pending continual, successful contract review this may be extended for 1 year until 30.4.2020, and again for a further 1 year until 30.4.2021.

An actual, thorough description is contained in both PQQ and I.T.T. documents.

The tender process will consist of three (3) stages:

1. PQQ — It is our intention that a Maximum of 10 companies will progress from P.Q.Q. stage to the I.T.T. stage;

2. I.T.T. — It is our intention that a Maximum of 4 companies will progress from I.T.T. stage to Presentation stage. Please note that not all companies who are invited to tender will be asked to present;

3. Presentations — From the Maximum of 4 companies asked to present, it is the intention that a tender winner will be chosen and asked to provide the I.T. Managed Service.
