The Contracting Authority wishes to enter into a long term concession agreement with a suitably qualified operator to manage, operate and maintain its leisure, entertainment and golf facilities, and deliver an exciting range of programmes and activities to promote participation and well-being. The Authority seeks an experienced and innovative partner who can protect and enhance the City's leisure offer, increase footfall and income generation, and reduce operating costs across the facilities.
