Gateshead Council is undergoing significant transformational change as it responds to increased demands for services and reduced resources to meet those needs. Technology has a growing significance in all our lives and, increasingly, we have to think and work more flexibly across many boundaries. Recognising this we are implementing Digital Gateshead 2015 -2020, a Digital Strategy that will help us change the way we deliver services.
