IT service and supplies namely; software licence resellers, hardware suppliers, infrastructure cabling provision, non-core systems consultancy, support of audio — visual solutions and penetration testing services. whg IT intends to award a 5+5 year contract to a single supplier to be the preferred partner for all these services and solutions. The supplier will be expected to deliver Value for Money to whg and to simplify and expedite the procurement process across the stated services and solutions.
The ideal supplier will be able to evidence extensive knowledge of — and commitment to –the social housing sector and their ability to link this to whg's current and future direction of technology. The partnership will be built on a culture of proximity working, constructive challenge and continuous improvement allied to a strong focus on using the best available technology in the delivery of services to both customers and colleagues.
