In section 1.2), it stated that this procurement is a joint procedure and contract award is by a Central Purchasing Body. The contract is not. a joint contract, it is a Central Purchasing Contract operated by Business Services Organisation, PaLS on behalf of the participants listed at 1.1). The Contracting Authority has identified the Most Economically Advantageous Tender with a Price/Quality split of 30 % Quality and 70 % Price. The range shown in II.2.14) and VI.3 of Contract Notice 2017/S 073-139431 for the 4 Lots and their Sections in this tender will be used in the assessment of issues relating to materiality should they arise during the period of the Contract.
