Individual contracting authorities entitled to access the Framework Agreement will have the option to agree and award underlying contracts to the appointed suppliers at any stage during the term of the Framework Agreement. The following contracting authorities will be entitled to agree and award underlying contracts under the Framework Agreement as and when required –
1. Any member of Re:allies from time to time (a ‘Re:allies Member’), which for the avoidance of doubt currently includes PP, EN and CHIC;
2. Any procurement consortia customer of Re:allies or of a Re:allies Member from time to time (a ‘Procurement Consortium Customer’ which currently includes Cumbria Housing Partnership Limited (CHP); and
3. Any member or customer of a Re:allies Member or of a Procurement Consortia Customer from time to time, which may include:
(i) Any Social Housing Provider in the United Kingdom from time to time. ‘Social Housing Provider’ for this purpose means any provider of social housing and includes, without limitation, registered providers, local authorities and Arms Length Management Organisations (ALMOs). A list of the current Social Housing Providers can be found by visiting https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/current-registered-providers-of-social-housing; and
(ii) any local authority, academy trust or free school in the United Kingdom from time to time;
4. Any contractor or supplier appointed to any other framework agreement or contract of Re:allies or of a Re:allies Member or of a Re:allies Member's customer from time to time.
