The Sheffield Children's NHS Foundation Trust has awarded a tender on behalf of The Department of Clinical Chemistry for the supply of 2 Ion-Exchange Liquid Chromatography Quantitative Amino Acid Analysers, and the provision of Consumables and Maintenance for up to 10 years.
The preferred option was two identical analysers which are compatible and can provide backup to each other as and when required. They use the same reagents and methods. Each analyser is capable of separating and quantifying all of the amino acids and compounds listed within our specification document.
