Lee Valley Regional Park Authority has a requirement for a new and upgraded Visitor Usage Counter System to be supplied and installed throughout the Lee Valley Regional Park, to allow the collection of data on the number of visitors/customers to the Park, using both vehicle and pedestrian counters. The supplier would also be required to take on the ongoing maintenance of the existing counters during the phased installation and manage the data supply through the same software as the new counters that will be installed (providing the same system managing all data). You are invited to submit a Proposal in response to the contents of this Invitation to Tender.
