The Longhurst Group is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to deliver responsive repairs, planned and cyclical servicing works to its leasehold property portfolio. Works will be delivered under a TPC 2005 (as amended) for a maximum of 10 years: it will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Service providers seeking to respond to this opportunity are required to complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices. Full details of this opportunity and the requirements are within the procurement documents. Following evaluation of submitted Selection Questionnaires, the Longhurst Group anticipates short listing a maximum of 5 service providers to be Invited to Tender. The Longhurst Group reserves the right to increase that number by 1 or 2 if scores are very closely placed at the cut-off point.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
The Longhurst Group is seeking expressions of interest from suitably skilled and experienced service providers to provide responsive repairs, planned and cyclical servicing works to its leasehold property portfolio. Works will be delivered under a TPC 2005 (as amended) for a maximum of 10 years subject to the satisfactory performance of the appointed service provider. The contract will run for an initial 5 years with the option to extend by up to a further 5 years. Works will be delivered using a blend of Schedules of Rates plus day rates.
The Longhurst Group is following a 2-stage “Restricted” procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Service providers seeking to respond to this opportunity are required to complete and submit a Selection Questionnaire and its associated appendices.
