Abstract
Clwb Ifor Bach (CIB) is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Cost/QS Management Consultant to work with the CIB Steering Group, in-house team, client project manager, business consultant and appointed design team (when appointed) to deliver a detailed construction/development cost plan as an integral element of the feasibility study.
The Cost/QS Management Consultant will have a proven track record in the delivery of detailed, medium and long - term construction cost plans in conjunction with redevelopment feasibility studies (RIBA Stages 0-2). The Consultant will have extensive experience of working with architecturally led design teams and is able to challenge/ influence design proposals from an independent cost consultancy perspective.
