Derby Homes is seeking to procure a web based e-learning system to be used by all employees for mandatory online training modules and also for new employees to complete welcome courses during their induction. The e-learning system must be hosted by the Contractor and have the capacity to facilitate an initial 600 users with the flexibility to extend the capacity of users to a maximum of 1 000 if required over the lifetime of the contract.
The successful Contractor must be able to arrange for on-site training to be given to staff at Derby Homes' London Road depot in Derby, and must also be able to demonstrate a working e-learning system that meets the requirements set out in the specification prior to the contract being awarded.

II.2.4) Description of the procurement
